We needed to sell our home during difficult times, both emotionally and economically.  Neil and Larry Mather were so sensitive to our needs and straight forward in setting the expectations.  Oddly enough, our home sold the day after Christmas, 2007!  Who would have thought?  We had a piggy back sale (one person was buying the home of the people buying our home).  A week before escrow was to close; the first person buying the home of the people buying our home had to back out.  This was a panic time!  Within 24 hours Neil and Larry had another buyer for the first home and we closed only a week later than originally anticipated.  They were there for us, making it look so simple, when I know it wasn’t.
